You know, I went to the French embassy.
It's great.
But there's this worldwide pandemic killing millions worldwide.
And this is unfair.
Why am I having a good time when so many people are suffering?
None of that.
Nothing.
Yeah, so a lot of journalists who pride themselves on being objective totally threw objectivity out the window and were scolding us, right?
Scolding people for having the wrong views about this.
And this is not retrospective all that, right?
We were saying this at the time, and there was a very important public leader who figured it out at the time, Ron DeSantis.
Within two or three months, DeSantis had an approach that was based, as Scott Atlas was advocating, protect the people who really need protecting, people with preexisting conditions, people who are elderly.
Let's try to ring fence those people as much as possible and otherwise let life go on.
And that was an evidence-based approach.
But there was this hysteria that was stoked by a media.
It's supposed to be skeptical, right?
And question authority.
But they were all in on this guy, this authority, Anthony Fauci.
I think there's gonna be a lot of just people manning the partisan ramparts on this hearing today, but I think the diaries have put more of a dent in Fauci's reputation among some people you'd expect to be supporters.
