you know, on my list, I, I, we did a little bit like one afternoon, uh, of a kudu hunt, but we didn't see anything that we got close enough to, but I got, you know, um, uh, a Blesbuck, a Gimsbuck, a warthog and an Impala. voice-verified

And, um, there were a couple, uh, zebra tags. voice-verified

We kind of Rochambeau for that and I didn't get it, but man, what a life changing experience. voice-verified

And unlike you who grew up hunting, I really didn't, I, I got into hunting much later in life. voice-verified

And, um, started out with waterfowl hunting and like, um, upland game hunting. voice-verified

And then, uh, my first big game hunt was an elk hunt in West Texas. voice-verified

So I got an elk before I got anything else. voice-verified

And, you know, when you're used to walking up on a, on a goose or a duck and you walk up on an elk. voice-verified

it's it's a pretty humbling experience man to see the size of that thing and it was it was really cool man it's a shot that um it was it was i think 232 some odd yards and i was seated and i had some sticks there and it was a very short window of opportunity sometimes that's the case on these hunts uh in africa where there's so much vegetation and so much other things around that it's not you know it's called plains game but it doesn't mean you're out on the plains where there's nothing in the way voice-verified
