In some ways, he's lucky he found a team.

This doesn't always happen.

Sometimes when a quarterback, people let him walk, he just walks off into retirement.

So he found a team that really had a quarterback hole and they needed someone they thought to push J.J.

McCarthy.

It turned out that he probably is going to be over J.J.

McCarthy and we'll have to see what he can get done.

You know, I will say this all the time.

Most teams have more than one quarterback play in a season.

If you just look at the numbers, injuries happen to quarterbacks.

And both of these guys will probably end up playing.

But personally, I'm happy to see Murray get a shot.

And I'm curious what he can do here with Justin and with O'Connell.

Are you surprised he didn't have a bigger market?

Because it's not like he was like a Kyler, oh, I'm going to pick between this, this, and this.

I think the height and the injuries.

I think that was sort of the double whammy that's been the issue.

And, you know, a lot of teams...

even if they don't have Rackham-Sackham quarterback rooms, they knew who they were having going into this season.

So this is one of the places where there was a real question mark.
