And that's what this is about, what happens to those wounds when you become adults.

Um, so I, I've always said in a way, if I hadn't experienced that at school, I wouldn't really have any fuel in my engine because it really, I decided, I remember thinking, okay, that's either going to cripple you or it's going to fuel you for the rest of your life.

Um, and it wasn't all, it wasn't all bad.

You know, there was, there was fun to be had.

And that's why I tried to create some funny moments.

I mean, I don't know how kids are dealing with it.

I'm sort of, I've incorporated that a little bit into...

into the present day with the kids being groomed online.

But I don't think I'd have survived if I was going home and being bullied on social media.

It's like, I don't know.

Well, weirdly, my school days were the 80s, but I had to shift it a decade because portable video cameras didn't come out until the late 90s.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

And I remember thinking, oh, but I want to write all about 80s music.

So I had to just shift it a decade because I definitely needed a camera.

I needed it to be on film.

I nearly messaged you to be like, I guess I did.
