Dave Mackey stuck to his theory and pointed to Toby's lies and the witnesses at the caravan park who saw him yelling as evidence to support his theory that Toby killed Simone.
But under questioning, he agreed there was no forensic evidence to place Toby at the crime scene.
No DNA evidence to implicate him.
Or any known history of violence between him and Simone?
Detective Mackey was also asked about the other persons of interest.
Jamie Vidlar, Alan, and Thomas Green all told police the wrong information about where they were or who they were with that night, proven wrong by CCTV.
