The printers cost more than the home computers in that era.
Um, so you I used a typewriter.
This is why so many bugs were in code then.
We used the typewriter to submit uh responses.
There was no digital media at that time.
Um, we're using cassette tapes uh to record things, and they didn't put cassette tape on the front of a magazine until sort of the floppy disks came out.
But yeah, that's uh computer and video games, one of the main ones.
I can't remember.
Another one was called something like Computer Weekly or something, I can't remember what it was called, uh, which was a bit more serious.
And that was I used to do like a letters page in there used to answer questions.
questions about games, giving advice, stuff like that.
I do, I do actually.
I've still got some of the computers in the cupboard.
My wife keeps saying, When are you going to get rid of those?
But I've got that, I've got the tapes, I've got the games I created myself that I invented still on cassette tape with the cassette recorder, but you never quite find the time to go back.
Uh and maybe you're I'm afraid to see how bad they were.
Um or maybe how much knowledge I've lost in the process.
Um but I still have a gaming rig for my old play.
Play station three to the side here with my steering wheel where I just sort of blow up some s steam on need for speed or or something uh when I need to.
