I think they they allowed Motherville to have the ball, which you you don't often see Ibrox Rangers letting the other team have the ball, but Motherville almost passed himself out, and then any time the ball turned over, they were quite open and Rangers were were really, really quick in the counterattack.
And it would have been good for Rangers to to to actually score more goals um because you know the Derek's been under a little bit of
Of pressure, um wrongly in my opinion, as we're we're so early into the season, but you know what it's like.
Um and you know I still believe that that Rangers will come good.
They have d they do have attack and threat now, they do have players in the forward areas.
I still worry for them defensively, um in terms of the back four.
Um I don't think it's as solid as it needs to be.
Um but again that can can improve with with the rest of the team.
Um but yeah, I think overall a an impressive performance but as he says there when it's only one nil em you know Motherwell only need need one chance to get themselves back in the game which fortunately for Rangers they weren't able to do but when he spoke about the Shanklin's injury initially he likened it to the injury he had when he was at heart which is it which is not a good sign for him.
Yeah, it's well, if he you know, gets off to uh if he starts scoring for sure.
Um like a
Nadir, you know, really fortuitous goal, um poor decision making from the mother of a goalkeeper who actually actually he went on to have a pretty decent game, but um decision making at that moment was poor.
But full credit to Nadir.
I think he does bring something different.
You know, he's a big guy, he's awkward, um he can score goals, and and you hope that he provides good competition for uh.
Kelsey coming in that you'd imagine w as soon as he's if he's up to speed, Derek's gonna try and get him in as quickly as possible because you want your nine million pound striker on the pitch scoring goals.
Like I said before, probably couldn't have had an easier chance um to to get get himself up and running.
It wasn't to be.
Um and you hope that it for for Rangers' sake and for Derek's sake and for the player's sake, it doesn't take him too long because the longer that goes, the pressure
starts to build.
