If there are no boundaries, why do I have to fill out forms to go and live in other countries?

And by the way, this is one of Tommy's talking points.
I don't think it's fair to him, the guy in my story, or to people like him to be just thrown into the mix with no training, with no standards, with no boundaries given to them.
I think what Tommy said was they're effectively weaponised against the host population.
That's like a human weapon against the host population.
It's not fair to them either.
They shouldn't be being used like that.
They shouldn't be exploited like that.
You don't think it's emergent.
You think it's conspired.
And isn't it strange that it's men?
