possibly, I think once you've, say if we were evil, right?
We're demons, you and I. Once we've got the narcissistic coordinates set in to the culture,
It can be any one of a number of things.
It's multifactorial.
So it could be envy.
It could be aggression.
It could be narcissistic injury.
People are so quick to be injured now, narcissistically.
They take offense over anything and everything, and they hold the offense.
They really hold to it for years.
And they want to get revenge for that injury.

Exactly.
So infinitely sensitive but infinitely vengeful is not a good mix.
It doesn't lead to good group cohesion.
you must be more resilient.
You must be more robust and you must be more willing to fix than throw away and to try and resolve these things.
But that takes a degree of emotional maturity and it also takes humility.
So sometimes when I look at, when there's a conversation about culture becoming more narcissistic, I look at what is not there.
So what is not there is kindness.
