You got, the Republicans have a majority in the House.

They can pass a national abortion ban, 15 weeks, 12 weeks, eight weeks, six weeks.

They can pass whatever they want.

Right now, they have 49 members of the Senate, right?

They're going to pick up West Virginia for sure, right?

So that's the one that they need.

But that's not even a question because Joe Manchin is retiring and a Republican will replace him.

And so that right there, they're at 269.

So realistically, Democrats are six elected people on November 5th away from codifying Roe v. Wade and restoring reproductive rights.

And Republicans are just one.

Because when Republicans have fifth, well, we'll say two because they still they have to win the West Virginia seat, but they will.

So once they win the West Virginia seat, they elect Donald Trump.

That does a double duty because Donald Trump's vice president, who I'm thinking is going to be Rubio, but his vice president actually breaks the tie.
