has a feeling this is why you go to the grocery store and all the candies right there they're playing on your emotions they're playing on your impulse to go oh i want that and so i'm a big fan of like just making sure that you do these things that allow you to go back and respect yourself as a salesperson and respect your prospect and customer because they're allowed to ask these questions and they're just conditioned to ask them because that's all they've ever been taught but nobody goes to school to learn how to be a buyer

We're level setting in 2026.
Everybody rushed to AI last year, too much so to think it's going to replace salespeople.
It enhances the sales person and their capability to do the job.
there are certain aspects of AI that can handle the sales process that's at the transactional level, right?
Like that's at Amazon, right?
Like we're all being conditioned to use AI, whether you believe it or not, right?
The suggestions they're making, oh, so-and-so also bought this, this many people bought that in conjunction with that, right?
So that's happening at this transactional B to C level right now.
In other areas, it's helping you do the research you need faster and better so that you understand your prospective prospects and clients, right?
It can help you make sure that you, oh, you overlooked a certain part of the conversation, you might need to go back and do that.
It can coach a rep after a call to say, you did great here, you did great there.
Remember, you could do this next time or do that.
So it can help educate us.
