You're not meeting the real person there, you're meeting a slice and so I'd be looking at my relationship and thinking, What's what is in that that I'm that crush that I could maybe get from my relationship and sitting out my parents?

Well, absolutely, and that describes not even COs but many bosses out there and many people who get uh as we've talked about many times here, many people who get elevated into positions of of authority and power are often the people who just had a bit of gumption about them or a bit of testosterone behind them or whatever it is, you know, to think that they could get there and and they get there and all the rest of it and they mightn't be the most competent and the most skilled and all that.

I would always say to anyone like that, first of all, I think, Is this the job I want to be in?

Do I really like this job?

Is am I gonna let this person drive me out of this job?

And I would say if you love the job, you know w the greatest problem here is that we stay silent.

The greatest ar armour that any bully or toxic boss has here is silence.

Abuse d you know, thrives in silence.

I would say document every we live in a different world now, Brendan, than even ten years ago, right?

A lot of human behaviour is not tolerated anymore and a lot of organizations do not want their names tainted with any sort of any negative, toxic kind of behaviour, right?

We we know that's changed dramatically over the last number of years.

I would document Start the file.

I would start the file unemotionally.

And if I do go to H O about it, I am unemotional.
