a cycle where people have NEFI and they're looking at renewal prescriptions, that's less burden on the doctor.
But initially that burden was also a little bit of drag on our market share and our sales increase.
But we believe that that will resume a fairly rapid uptick where our market share will start to climb fairly rapidly in the near future.
And we're pushing very hard in that direction.
We're just launching, we launched our DTC campaign back in July.
So end of June, beginning of July, where we started direct to consumer advertising.
And now we're launching a new promotion, which is, we call it get NEFI on us, where we're lowering the copay to zero.
And we're also providing a virtual prescriber option.
So we believe that that will also help facilitate patients who want to get an FE, but their doctors don't have time.
Or unfortunately, in this indication, allergists tend to have three to six month waiting lists to get an appointment.
So even if you're a patient and you want an extra appointment to go in and ask for a prescription, it's going to take quite a long time to get that.
So we believe having a virtual prescriber option is also important for a lot of patients who want to switch, and we're just starting that program now.
Well, for the rest of the world, it doesn't really change the approach.
Obviously, our partner, ALK, who's launched in Germany and UK markets, mainly the doctors, although there are websites and things consumers can get to.
So we do see a lot of consumer activity, even from Europe, asking questions about NEFI and your NEFI.
In Europe, it's called your NEFI.
We had a little issue with
one country and of course in europe all countries have to agree so we had issue with one country with the name nefi but otherwise we we decided to use uh your nephew e-u-r nephew um so we keep the nephew name and in japan it's approved now but hasn't launched yet it should launch in a few months and it's it is nefi in japan um so uh just to get back to the to the to the u.s side um
We don't believe there's much impact on us currently with the DTC.
I don't know how to describe it.
