Well, I can assure you that there's substances that are being dealt from these vehicles.

It's widely known in Dublin City and I have seen it, yeah, absolutely.
I've seen it with my own eyes.
Yeah, of course.
And we do have a safety forum which replaced the joint policing committees.
But yeah, it is a great concern, as well as the much wider concerns of the illegal use of e-scooters, scramblers and e-bikes on pavements and so on.
But to be honest, in Dublin City right now, I would go as far as to say that many of them are absolutely out of control.
Absolutely.
And I talked to Gardaí on the street and it's quite a shame that they're hamstrung and chasing these lads on, and it's mostly lads, on scramblers and e-bikes and behaving illegally.
I actually believe the Gardaí should have immunity to go after these lads.
The Gardaí's job is to protect the public, protect us.
But they've been hamstrung in doing that job of protecting the public.
I do believe there was a Garda before who was fined and maybe got penalty points or his licence taken off him.
But he's doing his job as far as I'm concerned.
He's protecting the public.
