I think it would likely be the kind of deficit increasing issues on both sides. matched

So Republicans really want to extend some pieces of the 2017 tax law. matched

There are some bits that either expire or get tougher on businesses in the next couple of years. matched

And so you could imagine an agreement in which Democrats agree to turn those off and Republicans agree to matched

some of the tax cuts that Biden had proposed during the campaign, you know, child tax credits, child care breaks, breaks for family caregivers, those sorts of things that also do have some support among Republicans and some of the business provisions have support among Democrats. matched

So you could envision that kind of a trade-off. matched

And, you know, there are some retirement proposals out there to raise the minimum age for matched

taking money out of an IRA or required distributions out of an IRA or 401k plan to 75 and some other incentives for retirement savings. matched

That's an area where there's some potential for compromise. matched

And you can also imagine there'll be some level of compromise around a stimulus relief bill. matched

Maybe that'll happen before President Trump leaves office. matched

Maybe that'll wait until a president like Biden takes office. matched

But there's a range of things where there's agreement. matched

It's really on those tax increases and repealing significant parts of the 2017 law where Democrats are just not going to be able to do that without control of the Senate. matched
