There hasn't yet been a ton of pressure from Congress for that last time. matched

And in March, as we were the pandemic was starting and as the April 15th deadline was approaching, we heard a lot of push from members of Congress to try to get to either do it on in the law to just change the date for this year or to get Treasury to do it. matched

And the secretary went ahead and did it. matched

I mean, it's any number of people. matched

You could imagine a situation where like you, you know, say you have a business and your business did really well in 2019 and you owe taxes and that business is in trouble now and your cash flow is hurting. matched

and you don't have the money to pay taxes. matched

Or you might have the money to pay taxes, but that's going to make it harder for you to pay your employees or your rent or your insurance or something else. matched

So I think the advantage of delay and the advantage of the delay that they did in April was twofold. matched

One, it was sort of the paperwork, like this burden of everyone sort of running around to try and do things when we don't want anyone running around doing anything. matched

But then also that liquidity benefit for people matched

to not be putting money out the door to the IRS when they've got other uses for it, at least in the short term. matched

So the IRS has said that those people were ineligible for payment and has asked people who received them on behalf of a deceased person to return them. matched

We've just gotten the first total of that. matched

It's about 1.1 million people and $1.4 billion in matched

And they've not yet said anything about whether it's sort of a forcible attempt to go take that money back. matched

They've not indicated that they're going to do that. matched

So, you know, we're getting some clarity on the amounts and the IRS has now sort of provided procedures and the right of mailing address and all that on their website for you to kind of look up if you're in that situation and you get a payment for someone who is deceased. matched

And then there's just the existing backlog of people want to call and come in and talk to people from the IRS to get problems resolved. matched
