If it's encroachment, this was the one where they there was an attic space they had a top floor flat and the attic space was still then the entitled to the the landlord.
But they advert well they they encroached from claims nowadays, you know, they basically uh sort of put steps up to the attic in a uh power supply, even though they knew it wasn't theirs.
Uh, for post two thousand and three adverse possession claims, if they are defended the land y you have to show one or more th three types of adverse possession, most notably that you've made a reasonable mistake as to boundaries.
And they obviously didn't make a reasonable mistake, they knew it wasn't their attic.

tribunal decided you could still claim an encroachment but it didn't have to be if you know, OG is the more mistake.

And also there's a case called Rellins and Gill, which they successfully claimed the encroachment of a of a roof terrace.
But there are cases, galor, lots of cases in the nineteenth century of it.

That McGee case, I think the tribunal said that, you know, we've got the the judiciary's got themselves into a huge tangled web.

But yeah, there was a case called Moorhandocherty, which is granting licenses with evidence that you're adversely possessing the land.
