Why would America give up the dollar dominance and actually have an international currency that is not the dollar, which would be necessary for this new one world government?
So America becomes the obstacle.
So then you can't have it in America, right?
Or to make it clear that America is no longer the dominant force, it's now a new thing.
It's a world government that is different, which you would want to use to motivate other people outside America.
