on the worst central bank in history, which is, of course, why I predicted that the ECB was likely to create bank credit-driven asset bubbles, banking crises, and big recessions in the Eurozone.
And that's exactly what they did.
Well, in principle, of course, in real estate markets, we have big cycles.
The slow moving and the cycles are a function of, in real estate, of interest rates and the quantity of credit for, more importantly, for real estate transactions.
