Well, I've been doing this for almost 50 years now.
You know, back when I was starting, it was a little bit less accessible.
I started by collecting vinyl and doing those rounds, playing at small divy bars throughout the city.
But yeah, slowly started making my way over to play more of a digital format.
On Serato.
From there, I built some really great contacts of up and coming DJs of established DJs and just kind of moved up in the rankings.
And from there, just build up some nice corporate clients.
And yeah, I'm very proud of the career I've had and happy to still be doing it.
I made it in the first year of the renovation, so that would have been, I guess, 2024.
Midway through the season, actually, Pride Night was my first game.
I got connected through another DJ.
They were looking for someone who just knows more of... who's more in touch with, like, the queer vibes to play a style of disco activation that they were doing.
And then from there, they, I guess...
I really liked what I was doing.
It's an amazing company called Soul Power that books me for the Rogers Center.
So from there, they just started handing me a little bit more bookings.
Blueprint Club opened up that year as well.
Last year was my first full season with the Jays.
And yeah, I'm mostly in Blueprint and Corona and WestJet.
But they have about four to five different kind of activations throughout the Dome, each with like their own kind of unique vibe.
