You needed, you know, when when you're on when you're front front foot pressure boxer, Steve, you need head movement as you're going forward.
Because if you're going into that danger zone, if that punching range, you've got to be able to avoid shots to land your shots.
You basically, any front foot pressure fighter is counter-punching on the front foot.
So he
So he moves forward, the head movement, the opponent throws the shot, he's looking to avoid that punch with it probably a slip and then whip shots over the top or actually change the atta switch the attack downstairs.
If you haven't got that head movement and you're walking forward in slow feet, you're just gonna walk onto punches.
