Well, I think giving options to parents, you know, when they're in failing districts that are, you know, abysmal.

I mean, they're at 10 percent proficiency in reading and math.

I think giving options to people and options are always good.

We always like to have the capability to go to Wal-Mart or to Target or

You know, whatever.

We like those options.

But yet these kids are trapped in these districts and have no way out.

So, you know, some sort of way to give a parent the option to go to a flourishing school district, I think, is a winning message.

Well, I think all the above, anything that's going to work.

I mean, we already have charter schools in Kansas City, but even, you know, allowing parents to have even a potential mechanism to go to private schools that have great results for teaching kids.

I think that's something that we've got to continue to look at.

Well, because I think his representation has been lackluster.

And, you know, we've just seen a downward trend of Kansas City, again, mass exodus of people moving out of the 5th Congressional.

And we've got to change that.

And you can't continue to do the definition of insanity, doing the same thing, expecting a different result.

You know, it's time for retirement.

I mean, he's over the age of 80, and I think people are tired of Washington politicians that are way past retirement age, yet they still continue to remain to hold on to those seats.

And I think Emanuel's one of them, and I'll be happy to take that seat.

Well, I think it's time for fresh representation.
