There's no private company, there's no Exxon, there's no Chevron, right?

There's no, that just doesn't exist.

So there's got to be someone there, obviously, to receive the oil, to store the oil, to distribute the oil and, you know, and handle that that function of it.

To what extent we have control over that, I don't know.

To what extent we have transparency as to how that's playing out.

I don't know.

I have faith that we've put some rails and safeguards there.

So this is an oil that's going to wind up in the Army's hands or the Navy's hands down there in Cuba or just be kept amongst the elite.

That's sadly what has happened since the beginning of time.
