And sadly, there's still this element of corruption that goes on there in the sense of you engage in deals and you don't know who you're signing contracts with.

You don't know if those contracts are enforceable.

And you still have issues regarding what's going to happen at the next election, too.

So these are real issues, right, that any investor has to look at and consider before they go in.

So it's not an investment climate for everyone, but there are specific niche industries, specific industries out there that benefit.

should certainly play in there and they should see a good return on that investment.

But it's caution.

It isn't running down there like minor 49er, right?

You know, trying to get, you know, into the gold rush.

So it doesn't seem like that has really, you know, right.

So we have the city center, Caracas, and then you've got the rest of the country.

Within the city, really, day to day has not really improved much.

Outside of the fact that maybe they're not worried about, you know, getting arrested in the middle of the night or getting, you know, shot in the back of the head during a protest.

Although, you know, there certainly is this political, I don't want to say repression, but just this pressure still there, right?

That if, okay, you're allowed to criticize a little bit, but don't get too carried away.

If you're going to get carried away, then someone's going to knock on your door and just remind you.

So, so there that's probable, but the folks are bursting at the stream for whatever that next phase is, right.
