Thanks for taking my call.
Just a query with regards to mortgage interest rates.
So I'm currently on a four-year fixed rate mortgage until January 2027.
The rate is locked in, but with the uncertainty around interest rates and the ECB increasing the rate recently, would you recommend trying to break it and refix it now or wait until the current four-year term ends?
It's a green interest rate.
It's about 2 point something.
No, 2027, so next January.
And if you're not losing sleep, sit tight.
It's one of those things you prepare for.
When you don't have a pick, you spend a lot of time doing the mental math of who can get to you.
We had this philosophy that we had 27 players almost that we were going to fold to the house.
We just let it unfold and was keeping tabs of it as it went down.
It's a long day, but it's also part of it.
Last year we went to 83 before we picked, so we have experience with that too.
It does help you get a little bit of information to make sure you're on the right track and plan for the morning.
So we also use it as a way of keeping score as well.
Despite not having a pick, you're still actively involved, seeing how it's going to sort of affect the big picture.
Well, what we like is his size at center.
That's probably one of the parts that was really appealing.
