I like laying down more than sitting.
This is the longest I've been in a chair since I've been on an airplane.
With Laird, when I showed up to Laird's the first time, I couldn't do one push-up.
Come on.
Swear to you.
Could not do one push-up.
And with his support, I worked up to being able to do 100 consecutive push-ups, which was mind-blowing.
So what changed between the weight loss and meeting Laird was I now see anything as possible and that you could train for anything.

You could do anything.
And that's a great, inspiring feeling.
And I feel like I bring that into the art where I already had great confidence.
But even more so, I now know anything is possible at any time.
Wow.
Just if you have to do the work.
I would always say just have as much fun as possible because I'm a workaholic by nature and I love making things and I love making good things and a great deal of time and effort goes into that.
And I'm hard on myself in that way in that I have high expectations.
And I think we can have fun too.
