It's not the bitter cutthroat kind of attitude that the media kind of expect and infer.

It was a brilliant answer, an honest answer, an open answer, one you don't quite hear often enough.

And I thought it was really well done.

What causes concern for goaltenders?

Well, let's go back to Sam Montembeau for a minute.

His last action was when he came in for Dobesh.

And that was December 9th against Tampa.

And Sam Montembeau was awful when he came in.

Three goals on 13 shots, 769, say, percentage.

There's a lot in the media that have tried to portray this as two struggling goaltenders in Montreal.

And it's just false.
