Now, could it be, you know, could he wait and have some sort of internal solution with the addition, the future addition of Hage and Swarovski eventually that's going to cause a shuffling that Juraj Slavkovski can go back to the top line and that problem can be solved internally?

that's absolutely a possibility and it wouldn't require a move at all.

But it's still something that management has to solve.

And maybe they don't quite have all the information to be able to be definitive in a solution right now.
