None of that really seemed to bother Roman in the sense because he n he is so confident in himself and his accomplishments at this point that
Any knock against him, he's just gonna brush it off.

But Roman's critical mistake in this exchange was letting Punk know what really bothers him is Punk hanging out with his cousins.

Cody did this exact same thing where he said look

Now, that's not as as brash and as bold as what Punk said, but it's along the same lines.
And if you remember, that line that Cody said immediately came after Roman said that his father was irrelevant.
So Roman took that same shot first, and Cody came back at him.
And if you remember, that's when the rock came.
Yeah.
And smack the taste out of Cody's mouth and that brawl kind of broke out on stage.
