And the things he did, as you pointed out with January 6th, to my mind, told me at that moment, whatever was left of Lindsey Graham from the old times with McCain was never coming back.
It was never going to be back on the table as a part of his character.
He was going to be this thing until he died.
And, you know, Don, I think, you know, you and I both heard the DC stories.
And I'm going to be as blunt as I can here.
We are beginning to see online what a friend of mine, I don't know that we've seen the end of it by any means, but a friend of mine called it the revenge of the twinks.
And I kind of had a good laugh at that this morning, but it is going to be one of these things where MAGA will have a hard time reconciling what more they find out about Lindsay with what they are being told to do today, which is to yell at everybody who tells the truth about who Lindsay was.
You know, I got yesterday, when I found that he died, I tweeted that tweet from 2016 where he said, if we elect Trump, we'll get destroyed and we'll deserve it.
And I just wrote one for the road as my response.
And the MAGAs were like, how dare you be so uncivilized?
How dare you be so cruel?
I don't think that was particularly cruel compared to what they said about Trump.
Joe Biden getting cancer and Robert Mueller dying and Trump laughing off John Lewis's death and Trump laughing off, you know, all kinds of things where the civility standard apparently only runs one way.
