Good evening.

Commissioners, how are you doing this evening?

I'm here to, you know, talk about the necessities and the convenience of having this project here in Broward County in Fort Lauderdale.

I'm here just to bring notice to you that we want to push forward this project that is not only the project for the commission or the staff, but it's for the community and the residents of the community.

And we're here as residents of the community that we want to participate into the building of this new city hall.

We hope that you guys look forward because, as you say,

in order to stop crying, give someone a job.

A job stops crying.

So this city is just not only for just the beautifulness of it, but to bring down time, because it will be a situation where when your residents look at it, especially those local residents who actually live in this area, that's able to participate in this building, they'll be able to look and say, I built that.

And in that sense, it helps build generation, it helps

families of men and women in this community to participate in their community with work in their community.

So we're here to say that we are pushing forward into building this project and dealing with the responsible contractor who has shown that they are a part of the community and that's going to build within the community.

I THINK IT'S GOING TO BE GREAT FOR THE CITIZENS OF BROWARD COUNTY, OUR COMMUNITY, ESPECIALLY THE AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY AS WELL.

And I also believe that the services provided will support our growth as we continue to be the best county in the state of Florida.

The diversity I like.

It's very important that we have diversity.

But what's most more important than that is that we respect diversity and not step on it.
