Staff is recommending that four of the six firms be shortlisted to advance to the next phase of the evaluation process based on what Jacobs presented today.

So maybe

Uh we can go through what we anticipate to be the next steps, but uh we are looking at December 2nd as the date that those four shortlisted firms would be able to present.

And then on December 16th, we're looking for authorization for me to begin negotiations with the selected firm.

I'm gonna ask Ben Rogers to come back up to talk about some of the steps that we would need to go through before that December 2nd date that would allow us to uh have a thorough discussion.

I think it's too soon in the process to definitively say that

We want the maintenance aspect to be incorporated.

I think we would need to take a look at what's uh provided to us and then weigh our options.

And a lot of this will need to be negotiated further once we get into a comprehensive agreement phase.

Uh, I I do think there are advantages and there are disadvantages.

And I think some of the firms may be better suited to offer that.

uh opportunity and and some of the firms I think are a little

bit um weak challenged in that area.

Uh Commissioner Sorensen, I just I wanna add, I I think we can add some level of optionality in our request to the proposers.
