So th so there's a couple of things I wanna kinda touch on.

Uh so in in twenty twenty four we processed three hundred and eighty nine total events.

Uh unlike the previous uh presentation, this one speaks specifically to city produced events.

And as a department in Parson Recreation, we produce uh roughly sixty events annually and we um bifurcate these by signature events and community events uh and we typically do this based on the attendance that we have at these particular events.

Uh if you'll recall in March of this year as well, uh I came before you all and had a conversation about uh what direction do we wanted to move forward in, especially as it pertains to our events and how we were going to uh fund them um in the long term.

And part of that conversation was identifying a sponsor.

And so we've been working with our procurement department and we do anticipate the uh third party uh sponsorship uh company or organization to come on board and we anticipate them being on board at the top of the year.

Um and this company would

work on our behalf to source funding efforts for our events and programs and projects.

Um in March the threshold was fifty thousand and now it's a hundred thousand.

So I wanted to identify that and articulate that on this here slide so you kinda understand where we are today as far as it pertains to the presentation going forward.
