Anytime she wanted to get on a plane and go anywhere, I sent her and made sure that she got to and from the airport.

We all couldn't afford to go to the zoo.

Them teachers went in their pockets and paid for us to have some of the things that we had.

When you didn't have money in the lunchroom, you couldn't get a tray and shit.

And those teachers back then wouldn't let you sit there and not have anything to eat.

They bought your lunch for you.

Your mom and grandma paid them back eventually.

But, you know, they made personal sacrifices with their own money for us and stuff.
