Yes, I fully agree.

I remember getting my first like real job with like people I thought were so cool and everything.

And I was like, oh, my God, I'm never going to break through.

And it did take that bridge person, it really did, where I'm like, oh, there's one person I kind of connect with, and it just kind of organically happened, but it took a while.

Seek out a bridge person, someone you can see yourself connecting with, and maybe make the first move by asking them some work questions or see if they want to grab some lunch.
