So anyway, you want to paint your house.
You have your summers off.
and you're getting onto Pinterest, you're going into House, just things are flowing really, really easily.
And it's possible maybe your kids don't get dinner.
Like we said, there are downsides to hyper-focus, but you are finding some amazing paint colors.
So if you're doing this project where you wanna paint your house, don't know why I came up with that as an example, but let's say you're doing that project,
My first suggestion is to figure out how you can use two to three pinch ingredients.
Now for me, like I was saying, I feel like the urgency and pinch, the H, the hurry is the most compelling.
It's the most, I don't know, it just gets you going.
And in our example, let's say you're a teacher.
you know you only have a few months, right?
You know you only have those few months of summer and otherwise you can't be home with the painter.
So it'll be a big problem, you can't take off school.
So having that urgency in the pinch, really, really helpful.
I'll tell you how I finally got my paint project done.
I had water issues.
You know how in your head you just kinda wanna paint, but you don't actually just figure it out?
So I'd been wanting to paint some bedrooms, and then in our basement, we saw some water issues, so we had to get it fixed.
And in order to fix it, they had to take off our whole floor, they had to remove some drywall.
So our basement was a total disaster and it really needed to be done.
