The manager that's uptight and uses all the right mumboo jumboo business language.

You know, the person who uses a lot of words to say almost nothing.

This is the type of manager we're used to seeing, you know, the type of manager we see on the news.

The one giving the briefing, we have no idea what he's saying, right?

Like we're watching the news and we're like, what?

There's words coming out of his mouth.

But none of that makes sense.

Okay.

Or maybe the CEO who's standoffish.

So nobody actually talks to him, right?

Nobody's gonna tell him their opinion because maybe he thinks he's better than everybody else and he's a little standoffish.

Now, do you think somebody who's standoffish is gonna be able to create relationships better than someone who's actually real and genuine?

And talking to people like they're actually people.
