I just love it because so many people I talk to think I cannot possibly be a leader.

I'm no good at the the details or I procrastinate.

It just makes so much sense to me.

It's just so obvious in my head.

But, you know, everybody's different.

And like everything we talk about with ADHD.

It's about leaning into the parts of you that help you and learning to manage the parts that you find challenging.
