I can surely tell you, in that specific moment, those were not just legends.
The weight of my mistakes was so heavy, it was all disproportionate.
The birds were acting crazy, trying their best to escape the woods, which were now cursed.
as if the maddening sounds of birds flying away in fear, of wolves and scratching weren't enough, a twisted laugh began to spread to different points in the forest.
It sounded like the laugh of an old woman, and the laughter was directly proportional to my desperate crying.
