If you look at the theory like causation, who caused the child?
And I think that one at least is is intuitively compelling.
You think like, okay, a child needs to be taken care of.
Well, who created this, you know, this problem or this ne necessity to raise the child?
And you might think, well, who caused the child?
But you know, as we know from Hume, causation is very complicated.
Um and as we know from the non I you know, so that leads us to wonder who caused the child that has too many
Which a child has too many causes.

Uh, you know, if you look at the non identity problem, which I'm sure we'll talk about soon, it would seem like everything that happened before a child was born, every single thing and every single person was necessary in order to get to the point where that particular child was conceived and was born.
And so is everybody you know, is everybody older, is everybody in the in the in the causal chain all the way back?
Uh it takes a village.
You know, it takes a village, it takes you know, a history.
Uh it just uh it seems to finger too many people.
It could be the person pressuring you to have a baby, the person who sold you the defective condom.
