Basically, the woman used to live in the area and because the region's towns are pretty small, Jack knew her daughter.

So she knew Jack already, and when he went missing, she began following Jack's story closely.

She and Kelly had spoken on the phone once before, chatting about different rumours and theories that they'd heard of.

But this time Kelly notices something's different.

The woman tells Kelly about something she'd heard from a brother.
