Well, there was a little scare here a couple weeks ago when Ingram left a game.
I'm not sure which game it was, but he left partway through the game.
We're like, oh, okay, wait a second.
That changes everything.
Ingram has been everything they'd hoped for.
At the beginning of the season when they traded for Ingram, they gave up future considerations.
Stan Bowman probably had a plan.
Ingram and Skinner pushing each other for starts.
And come playoff time, whoever's the better of the two will play in the playoffs.
Well, Ingram had a terrible start in the minors.
Stuart Skinner and Pickard both really struggled in the NHL, and the Oilers were bad defensively.
So there was, I don't know, a panic trade made, but there was one that I don't think they expected to make for Jari.
But since they brought up Ingram, he's given them consistency.
He's given them, you know, the saves that he's supposed to make.
He makes them all the time.
He's very calm in net.
And I think this Oiler team likes the calming influence of their goaltender.

Over the last couple of years, I mean, Stuart Skinner was good for the Oilers.
He took them to the Stanley Cup Finals back-to-back years, but there were moments of panic for the Oilers defensively and not getting a save when they needed it.
