Well, I'm not really concerned about what fans think.
I mean, that's what part of being a fan is.
You can enjoy who you like or who you don't like.
I felt that the Oilers, and we said it before the game the other night, I thought that was the best lineup that the Oilers had put together all season long.
And I had Enrique over Szymanski in the lineup for the reasons you said.
He's a veteran presence who's been there before and he makes their penalty killing better.
I also felt at some point Szymanski was going to get in.
I didn't think the others weren't going to stay healthy.
No team does through a long playoff run.
And Szymanski proved that he's capable of playing on this level.
He had a great run at the end of the season with Frederick and Doc.
So I think that's going to be an easy addition into the lineup tonight.
We'll see if Szymanski gets those penalty-killing minutes or if all of a sudden they start spreading minutes around somewhere else.
The one thing we saw at the end of the year, and I was actually shocked by it, when the last couple games of the season with Lazar in the lineup,
Chris Knobloch was using Szymanski on face-offs on his on his weak side on the penalty kill and he lost them consistently lost them and I was shocked because they had Lazar on the bench and they could have used Lazar in that situation and I think they were testing to see if Szymanski could do it and it didn't go well I don't think you want to lose a face-off to the Anaheim Ducks
Well, you're shorthanded.
They got too much skill.
So I think we'll find out tonight if Szymanski will be out in that position.
I think Szymanski, five on five, will be fine.
I think he brings speed, he brings size, and that line will be very good together.
