why we keep having to talk about communication when it's probably the easiest thing to get right, whether that be the verbal communication, whether that be the physical point, uh, go get someone on a high five, that's like I for the life of me, I can't work out what it is. voice-verified

Like I'm I feel like I'm holding it together really well here, but there's intensity in my voice at the moment that is like this is the easiest thing. voice-verified

Have we almost beaten it out of them to a degree as coaches where we want them to all look the same, think the same, sound the same? voice-verified

So we've almost stifled that level of personality and creativity in our players where, you know, oh that kid's a little bit loose and you know, they're they're f full of energy and all that sort of stuff. voice-verified
