And it's fine to have an eye on next season, but...
you still got to stay in the present, I think, and it's what it looks like.
I know when I've had boys teams in the past, and I've been lucky that I've probably made finals more often than I've missed finals, but I know with boys teams, it's like, hey, let's see if we can mess up someone else's season by jagging a win in these last few games and knocking them out of finals, and especially if they don't really like the team that we're trying to beat.
They're all up for that.
But you do want to finish on a positive.
So it might be a little bit of a meeting check with each of the players, like three or four rounds to go.
It's like, hey, we can't make it.
What do you want out of these last three to four weeks?
And for some of them, it's like, hey, I'm pretty content.
Keep doing what we're doing.
We're fine.
Some of them might say exactly what you're talking about.
I wouldn't want some time on the wing or some time in the guard spots just to develop that.
Cool.
That's no problem.
It might be a good time to test your own coaching.
It's like, hey, what have we done all season that –
Let's just see if it works.
Like, you might have seen... Like, I know I did this all the time when I was coaching.
I'd see someone run something in, like, the NBA or FIBA stuff or something like that.
