Apply.
Have a crack at it.
If being a state coach has been something you've cared about, keep applying and keep seeking the feedback and keep actioning the feedback and just keep going.
Because at some point, it'll click.
And sometimes you're not the right candidate for the right team on the right year or whatever it might be.
That's okay.
You might be the next time.
And yeah, it's not a toys out of the cot moment.
I think it's just keep going at it.
