It's not like you're a mercenary.

It's not like you're out there just trying to figure out how you're going to get your next contract.

You're playing for something that's bigger than just –

your specific team, your specific stat line, your specific box score, your specific numbers, and finding a way to fast track that.

So you care about these people in three months, the way that these other programs care about each other in three years.

That's the secret sauce.

That's how you find a way to be able to maximize the talent on your roster.
