your specific team, your specific stat line, your specific box score, your specific numbers, and finding a way to fast track that.
So you care about these people in three months, the way that these other programs care about each other in three years.
That's how you find a way to be able to maximize the talent on your roster.
I mean, to me, if you can do it and you write it in the contracts, to me, what you do is, hey, listen, when you get here, here's the deal.
