So find some sort of movement or workout that you enjoy. You don't have to go in and just like lift heavy weights. You can lift weights if you want to. You can go walking. You can go running.

I had to start reading about it. I had to start learning about it so that I could understand, okay, well, I can't escape the money game, so I might as well learn about it.

I can't escape the diet game and this body game, so I might as well learn about it. Might as well learn what it looks like and what my nutrition should be and what I should eat and what I shouldn't eat. Maybe I should learn how to read labels. And so simple things are like, hydrate more often. It's crazy to me how few people are hydrated in this world.
