Now, it it comes back to haunt you when you're trying to like remember the details, like on certain things.

Where it jams me up at this state is I'm taking in and learning so much at a high level, and then it pushes out stuff that I could really use again.

when I wanna uh use it for another situation, if you will, especially in business.

It's also made me super conscious of stuff that I really want to know that I'm want to remember and never forget that I tell myself that as I get there, right?

engagement, getting wedding, children, like a moment uh with children, like I'll I when I really even just recently taking the uh helicopter to Catalina to celebrate uh my uh three-year anniversary, like I kept telling myself as it were flying over the city and look at the ocean, like don't like just s feel this, like s like remember this, look at this, remember this so it's like

Like I have to practice that in those lock in, right?
