Geography really matters, which means you have to get bigger.
So that's one.
And this to me is why I've been saying for a while, I think we end up with like three MLS in the country.
Because there's a very, very different value, like force multiplier almost.
If you're even CRMLS, which is like really, really big, but they're still just Southern California, right?
There is an order of magnitude difference in the value of that data versus value of data for the western United States.
That's a lot of goddamn money.

But so that's, that's one, I'm just saying how much more could it have been if Brandon, if bright MLS was not just middle landing, it was like the Eastern United States.

So I'm like, if that's the incentive, what that clearly signals to me is that MLS is have to get bigger.
And not data sharing, not this bullshit.

You need to be one company with the right to resell data over a large geography.
So that's why I'm like small MLSs are in deep trouble then.
Because you don't have the... You got to scale.
So that's one.
